Tip#5 Find Your Passion

Tip number five, find something you can be passionate about. You wanted to be a doctor, nurse, solider, beautician, or a carpenter.

You probably changed your mind 20 times as you were growing up.

The message from your mother was always the same, find something you can be passionate about.

You see it doesn’t matter what you do, and it doesn’t matter where you do it. As long as you are passionate about your work, all good things will come.

And this may almost sound like something that could happen in a church sermon. And it probably does.

The reality of our world is when we are passionate about our work, when we put everything we have into our work, the universe somehow takes care of us.

People realize you’re passionate and they’re drawn to your passion. And from a speaking and selling perspective your passion comes through in all of your communications.

If you’re not passionate about your work, the people you’re talking to are going to think you’re just this kind of robot dude or dudette sharing whatever information, because that’s what you have to do. But when you truly believe in it and you are passionate about helping those people do whatever you’re helping them do it’s going to make a world of difference.

Find your passion, follow your passion.

Take the passion test that’s in the book. If you’re not following your passion right now, find someone who can help you find your passion.

It could be a coach, it could be your spouse, it could be a family member, and ask yourself, “If I could do this all day long and not get paid for it, would I do it anyway?”

That could be where your passion is.

Go out and find yours, and have fun. Later.
