This rapid-fire workshop gets everyone involved.

Participants will deliver a very short message attempting to engage the audience, share a message, and trigger a response. The focus of the topics being presented will vary based on the organization focus of the programs being delivered.

After making their mini-presentation, the participant will receive feedback from the audience and their coach/facilitator on adjustments that can be made to increase the effectiveness.

Typically participants will have an opportunity to try their presentation a second time to implement the recommendations and feedback.

The debate Club

The Debate Club

Everyone participates in these debates!!

Participants will grouped into teams of 5. Two teams will face off in a speedy debate over very light-hearted topics show-casing their ability to articulate a message quickly and on-the-fly.

After each debate, the audience will vote by a round of applause to select the debate winner.

The debate debrief helps everyone understand which arguments were most effective in engaging the audience and making a critical point and why those particular arguments worked.
